Security Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm the booking of services. Deposits are applied to the total cost of service and are non-refundable. If a service needs to be re-scheduled, please provide a 48 hour notice so that your deposit is not forfeited.
Product Rating Scale

New with Tags: Item has never been warn and still has the original tag affixed.

Excellent Condition: Product has no signs of use.

Good Condition: Product shows signs of limited use.

Fair Condition: Product shows obvious signs of use but has a lot of functionality and life left. Typically reserved for vintage items, handbags and designer shoes.
Shoppe Return Policy
Returns on most Shoppe items are gladly accepted. Items must be unworn and in the condition received. Returns must be requested within 3 days of item receipt.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping plus a 10% restocking fee. Once the item is received back in the store, a refund for the item price (less the amount of re-stocking) will be issued.

Items labeled "Vintage" are final sale and cannot be returned.
